Information used to run your account
The application stores your account credentials, business profile, listings, enquiries, consent choices and support requests. Passwords are hashed. Session tokens are stored as hashes. Do not put personal phone numbers or email addresses in public listing text.
Your visibility choices
Public discovery is optional for business profiles and buyers. Contact information follows your permissions. Private notes belong to their owner, enquiry messages to their participants, and verification documents to their uploader and authorised administrators.
Consent and requests
MushroomWale project-sales marketing is a separate, optional choice. You can change notification and marketing preferences, export your account data, or request correction, erasure and grievance handling through the privacy request form. Requests need identity checks and review of any lawful retention duties.
Operator, retention and grievances
Operator: MushroomWale, 90-91 Aroan Road, NH-19, Sirsaganj, Firozabad, Uttar Pradesh 283151. Service providers: Fly.io (hosting, Singapore region), Google (outgoing email). Your records stay while your account is active; after a verified deletion request they are deleted or anonymised within 90 days, except records the law requires us to keep. Grievances sent to mushroombazaarindia@gmail.com are acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 15 days. This notice may be updated; each change carries its date. No regulatory certification is claimed.
