These are arrivals reported by mandis to Agmarknet and published on data.gov.in. They are not MushroomBazaar prices or offers, we do not check them, and markets report irregularly: a missing market does not mean no trade. Farm-gate and retail prices differ. Open the source feed

Questions people ask

What is the mushroom price in India today?

The median of the latest wholesale reports on this board is about ₹190 per kg, across 61 regulated markets in 9 states and union territories (newest report 2026-09-08). Each market's own figure, range and date are listed below.

Where do these mushroom mandi prices come from?

From Agmarknet, the Government of India's market-arrivals system run by the Directorate of Marketing and Inspection, republished on data.gov.in under the Government Open Data License – India. MushroomBazaar fetches the feed every day and rejects rows that fail sanity checks.

Why is the price per quintal and how do I convert to per kg?

Mandis report wholesale prices per quintal (100 kg). Divide by 100: ₹14,000 a quintal is ₹140 a kg. The board shows both. Retail and farm-gate prices differ from wholesale.

Why does my nearest mandi not appear?

Only markets that file mushroom arrivals with Agmarknet appear, and many report irregularly. A missing market does not mean no trade. Growers can post their own price by listing stock, free.
